I started training with Kathryn when I was 20 weeks pregnant and it was exactly what I needed. I have always exercised, however had no idea about how to exercise safely whilst pregnant. Kathryn’s prenatal exercise knowledge is incredible! Not only does she have all the necessary information, but she delivers it in a way that makes it easy to understand and implement. Each session is different, so you never get bored, and she will always check in with you regarding any pain or concerns that you may be experiencing.

Training with Kat has been wonderful as she came to my house each week to train me while my 2nd daughter was having her lunchtime sleep and my oldest was at school. Kat helped me focus on breathing and pelvic exercises to strengthen my pelvic floor for before and after the birth. She helped me gain the strength and fitness for giving birth as well as getting back into safe and suitable exercise post birth and we continue to train to this day.
