WHO WE ARE

Fit4bub provides one-on-one personal training sessions to women who are expecting as well as mums who have given birth and want to get back into exercise. We are passionate about educating and guiding women to understand the changes their body goes through during pregnancy and post partum so that we can work together to ensure you are training safely and effectively to support you and your body and bub. Fit4bub services the lower North Shore and Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Kathryn Weihen, BHMS

Kat is passionate about educating people about healthy lifestyle choices. Through her diverse experience in the fitness industry, she is able to spread her extensive knowledge through many different channels including her role as Online Trainer at fitnessU, teaching a variety of group exercise classes and personal training on Sydney’s North Shore. Kat holds a degree in Human Movement studies, is a certified Trainer and Assessor, Personal Trainer and holds qualifications in Boxing, Spin Instructing as well as pre and post natal training.
