PRE-NATAL FITNESS

Fit4bub pre-natal fitness is designed to provide you with safe and suitable training programs to keep you fit, strong and ready for the birth of your baby.

What you get:

-Weekly 50 minute personalised PT session with fit4bub trainer

-Your own printed and bound pregnancy training tracker to use

-At home programs to follow throughout your pregnancy

-Referral to network of allied health professionals

-Naturopath approved food guideline booklet with recipes
